Welcome to the land of frequent rainbows and very few trees! Lava rocks present a dramatic backdrop for misty skies and intermittent sun showers.
We spent our afternoon soaking in the Blue Lagoon. This man-made attraction is fed by the output of the nearby geothermal power plant. The waters contain sulphur and silica which Icelanders believe have healing powers. Playing in the mud is encouraged. Do we look thirty years younger?

Having an amazing time! You are Always in my Prayers. Love Mom
