On ne meurt qu'une fois; et c'est pour si longtemps! Molière Père Lachaise houses claims to be "world’s most visited cemetery". A perfect place to escape to on a dreary weather day in Paris. Of all the notables buried here (Oscar Wilde, Chopin, Molière, Delacroix...to name a few), only one "resident" requires a security guard--Jim Morrison of the Doors. In the spirit of Rock 'n Roll, fans were having a bit too much fun at the graveside of James Douglas Morrison. While at Père Lachaise we met a lovely young lady wandering about. She spoke only French and I was her only hope for directions. Poor thing, she is probably still looking for Edith Piaf😳 Even on a rainy day it is easy enjoy the City of Lights. A welcome gift from our hosts. I'm not sure what is going to become of the wine but I'm absolutely certain what is going to become of the chocolates. We have arrived safely and are settling in. We thought you would enjoy a peek at our studio. Excuse the rough French--I get points for giving it a try, right?
