As the sunsets over the Ha'Penny Bridge I glance at the locks left by lovers and feel a sense of hope, peace and appreciation for Northern Ireland and the Republic.

Titian expresses the sorrow of a tortured Jesus crowned with thorns. Pilate presents Christ for crucifixion. I imagine that he whispers "behold the man" with regret. Without regret I claim, "behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world".
During this Lenten season, as always, you are in my prayers. Love Mom. Dublin's attitude toward street art has undergone a significant transformation. Now considered more than acceptable, sponsored mural painting have become a standard in area revitalization projects. Loving it!
May the Blessings of Each Day Be the Blessings you need most~Irish Blessing You are Always in my Prayers. Love Mom. We shake hands to symbolize agreement, comradeship, greeting or congratulations. The Derry Peace Bridge encompasses all of that and more as it bridges the gap between the two shores of Derry. In contrast, this evening I attended mass at St. Malachy's with fourteen students from our LDSS band/choir. Drawing from many faiths, both catholic and protestant, we were all welcome. Second Reading--St. Malachy's--Ephesians 2:10 For we are the product of His hand, heaven’s poetry etched on lives, created in the Anointed, Jesus, to accomplish the good works God arranged long ago. You are Always in My Prayers. Mom.
